Just A Tease.



Yesterday, we had the pleasure of having one of my best friends, Eric J., take some family photos for us.  This is just a tease photo from the shoot.  I’ll be picking my favorites, actually… check that, my WIFE will be picking our favorites and I’ll post them in the next couple of days.

Photo Treatments With Lily.



Last week, my daughter and I got to go to the Daddy Daughter Dance at CCV.  I took a couple pictures of her before we left for the dance, she looked absolutely beautiful.  I’ve also been trying out some new photo treatments and thought I would show them off here with Lily’s pictures.

Before you remind me, believe me… I’m well aware that the last 2 posts involve pictures of my daughter.  But… can you blame me?  She’s so stinkin’ adoreable!

Customer Service = Happiness.



Last week, I had a great customer service experience.  Business listen up, if you want to keep customers, treat them nicely.  Pretty simple concept… right?  I emailed the folks over at Collide Magazine and let them know I hadn’t recieved my last 2 issues of their magazine.  They responded with grace and quickness and within 2 days I had the latest 2 issues in my hand. They didn’t ask questions, they didn’t blame it on me - they responded quickly and took care of the problem.  Great customer service.

I’ve been a fan of the magaine for a while, although the advertising might be a little over the top…. but I won’t go there.  I’ll just say that they are great people, with excellent customer service.  That being said, I’ll be a subscriber for a long time to come.  Thanks Collide!
